D.R.E.A.M Fidgets sells fidget toys, squishies, and related products. We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible; however, colours and appearances may vary slightly.

2. Squishy Product Care

Our squishy products are designed for gentle squeezing and fidgeting purposes. While they are made from durable materials, squishies are not indestructible and will naturally experience wear and tear over time.

D.R.E.A.M Fidgets is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Excessive stretching, pulling, twisting, or tearing.
• Biting, cutting, puncturing, or misuse of the product.
• Damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to heat, chemicals, or sharp objects.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.

By purchasing a squishy product, you acknowledge that deterioration or damage may occur through use and does not automatically indicate a manufacturing fault.

3. Returns and Refunds

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographs and details of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will not be offered for:

• Damage caused after delivery.
• General wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Safety Information

Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to choking hazards.

Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability

D.R.E.A.M Fidgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.
